1. Pakej Standard

• In-patient Medical Cost – RM1 Juta setahun
  a. Room & Board – RM150 (120 days/year)
  b. Ambulance Fees – RM250
  c. Intensive Care Unit (120 days/year)
  d. Hospital Supplies & Services
  e. Surgical Fees
  h. Operating Theater Fees
  i. Anesthetist Fees
  j. In-hospital Doctor Visit
  k. Day Care & Day Surgery
  l. Second Surgical / Treatment Opinion
  m. Emergency Accidental Dental Treatment
  n. Covid Test for Admission Purpose

• Daily Cash Allowance in Government Hospital – RM50

• Accidental Injury Surgery / Treatment – RM10, 000
  (Applicable for in-patient treatment and must first be
  paid by the Member before their case can be
  submitted for claims during the Waiting Period.
  Post Waiting Period, the standard in-patient medical
  cost of RM1,000,000 applies)

• Bereavement – RM10, 000
  (upon death of Sharer, RM10,000 will be paid to
  their appointed beneficiary as listed in the system)

• Sharing Account – RM100

2. Pakej Deluxe

Sama seperti pakej standard dengan tambahan berikut.

Room & Board – RM250 (120 days/year)

 Ambulance Fees – As per charged

Daily cash allowance in Government Hospital – RM100

Pre-Hospital Diagnostic Test & Consultation – RM5, 000
(Applicable 30-days prior to admission to hospital)

Sharing Account – RM200
